Agreement to Our Legal Terms
“Nova Spa” (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website and its services (the “Website” and “Services”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and Nova Spa, governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms Ruma Medical.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
3. Scope of Services
Nova Spa provides spa and massage-related services via our Website, including appointment scheduling, treatment descriptions, reviews, gift card purchases, and more.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
5. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and availability, we require cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $[amount] per treatment booked.
Should you fail to appear for, or cancel within 24 hours of, three scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to require prepayment for any future bookings. Prepayments are non-refundable, though they may be applied as credit if a valid cancellation notice is given in advance.

6. Refund Policy
Services: We do not offer cash refunds once a service has been rendered.
Gift Cards & Packages: These are non-refundable.
Product Purchases (if applicable): Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product only.
7. Reviews & User-Submitted Content
Users may leave reviews or comments. We do not endorse, screen, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. By submitting a review, you grant Nova Spa a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content, globally Ruma Medical.
8. Third-Party Accounts & Links
Should we offer the option to link to third-party services (e.g., social media logins), any access or actions are subject to the applicable third-party’s terms. We are not responsible for content or changes on such accounts or services Ruma Medical+1.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our Services and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Spa disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services Ruma Medical.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Services

12. Assignment
Nova Spa may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is held invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision in a given instance does not constitute waiver.

Privacy Policy
Privacy
Your privacy is a top priority. Any information shared with your therapist during your session will remain confidential. The exception being, if there are any indications that you may harm yourself or someone else, and inappropriate behavior, including inappropriate verbiage that leaves me feeling unsafe, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Appointment Changes
My policy requires clients to give at least 24 hours notice in the event that an appointment needs to be changed. If 24-hour notice is not received, the following will apply:
Cancellations and Reschedules will require a 50% deposit of the future scheduled session(s).
No-shows will require full payment of the missed appointment and a 50% deposit of the future scheduled session(s).
Multiple schedule changes with less than 24 hours notice are subject to other charges.
As a reminder, schedule changes have a big impact on business. Please plan ahead and make every effort to stick to the time you have scheduled.
Late Arrivals
As a reminder, clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes early for their scheduled session and no more than 5 minutes late.
When you arrive, the Massage Therapist will ascertain whether a late start is possible. A late start may not be possible if you have arrived too late or if the Massage Therapist finds any reason to cancel the appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your time will not be extended. Regardless of the outcome or time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Therefore, please do not arrive late.
