COVID 19

Masks are not required but they are highly recommended. If you have not been tested for the COVID 19 virus or if you have shown any signs of COVID or if you have been around anyone who has shown signs of COVID, please refrain from booking a session until you have been tested, and your results have returned as negative for the virus. 

Privacy

Your privacy is a top priority. Any information shared with me during your session will remain confidential. The exception being, if there are any indications that you may harm yourself or someone else, and inappropriate behavior, including inappropriate verbiage that leaves me feeling unsafe, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 

Appointment Changes 

My policy requires clients to give at least 24-hours notice in the event that an appointment needs to be changed. If 24-hours notice is not received, the following will apply:

 

  • Cancellations and Reschedules will require a 50% deposit of the future scheduled session(s).

  • No-shows will require full payment of the missed appointment and a 50% deposit of the future scheduled session(s). 

  • Multiple schedule changes with less than 24 hours notice are subject to other charges.

 

As a reminder, schedule changes have a big impact on business. Please plan ahead and make every effort to stick to the time you have scheduled. 

 

Late Arrivals

As a reminder, clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes early for their scheduled session and no more than 10 minutes late. 

 

When you arrive, the Massage Therapist will ascertain whether a late start is possible. A late start may not be possible if you have arrived too late or if the Massage Therapist finds any reason to cancel the appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your time will not be extended. Regardless of the outcome or time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Therefore, please do not arrive late.
